Sandwich spread? If with mayo you cannot freeze it, but if made with techina, you can freeze it.

Serve in a wrap with roasted vegetables.
Babaganoush vegetable plate.
Chickpea burger in bun with babaganoush.

Discard the frozen babaganoush.
If you want babaganoush over pasta, reheat it, reseason it, and pour it over the pasta.

Hey, you can defrost fully, mix really well, and taste. Smile
