I am not much into food Minhagim, but was wondering when people serve stuffed cabbage, Shmini Atzeres or Simchas Torah?
I do not always serve it over Succos but since I made some now, I figured I can add this in.

We do it simchas Torah cuz wen u put 2 together it looks like the Torah
