I am looking for a recipe from Family First that I misplaced.
There was a section for different ways to prepare chicken by FF Staff. This recipe was for nuggets dipped into flour and baked with a sauce over it.
Can anyone help?

Not sure this is it, but this is delicious.
Coat schnitzel well with flour and pour sauce over. Bake: 350° for ½ hour covered 15 minutes uncovered

Sauce for 9x13
1 c. brown sugar
5 Tbs ketchup
2 Tbs oil
2 Tbs mustard
2 Tbs vinegar
Sesame seeds (or sprinkle on top after)
