Am I the only one who finds their new website very user unfriendly? Both on my PC and my mobile phone. I cant find anything I want. Also, since they changed their website I can't pull up any of my previous orders which included downloads that I never had a chance to download yet. I have called, emailed, and messaged them. Their phone keeps ringing and ringing. They are not responding to my emails. Every time I try to message them I get a note they are unavailable.
Any ideas of how to get in touch with them? Where else can I go online to download Jewish music?

I don't know about all, but you can buy Jewish music on iTunes and Amazon.

yes I also find it very fustrating. after I bought rental, I couldnt find the order so we couldnt watch it. they never answered my emails.
also they have very few rental movies. the previous site had tons to choose from

Is the change recent? Mmaybe they are being bombarded with calls and messages and are trying to fix the problems.
(Just trying to be dan l'kaf zechus)
From the few times I've been in their store they seem very nice
