There are lots and lots...
Can you specify?
Are you looking for a soup that's a full meal? Are you going shopping, or are you looking to make a soup with ingredients you have on hand? If so, what do you have on hand?

Just some easy soup ideas that I can make for suppers. I don't have any ingredients on hand. And I just need it as an entree.

I'll post some ideas, lmk if you want recipes.

Mushroom barley soup (can add meat for more substance)
Vegetable soup (can add meat for more substance)
Split pea soup with hot dogs (fattening and unhealthy, but delicious)
Potato soup (easier than easy to make)
French onion soup

Minestrone is a vegetable soup in tomato sauce with beans and pasta.
I don't have an exact recipe (I used to but lost it and now just wing it)

I start by frying an onion, some celery and some carrots cut into small slices.
Then I add whatever veggies I have - zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, string beans.
I fill the pot with water, add a box of tomato sauce (mine is 260 grams), a can of baked beans, salt, pepper, soup mix and cook till the veggies are soft.
Add pasta (small shells usually) and sometimes some spinach.
Cook another ten minutes. Yum!

I don't have a real recipe but for butternut squash - I sautee an onion and garlic. The put in butternut squash cubed...sweet potato...sometimes leek, zucchini, carrot ir white potato. Season with salt and pepper boil and blend.

Brocolli- I sautee onion and garlic then put brocolli a zuccini and sometimes a potato or celery and cook season and blend.

Sorry no real recipes.

Cream of chicken soup-
One chicken soup- use leftovers or from your freezer
Add a few zucchini and a chicken cutlet.
Add salt and boil until zucchini is cooked through and chicken is soft.
Remove half of chicken and shred. (You can also remove some zucchini and carrot chunks if you like chunky).
Blend the rest of the chicken with the soup.
Add shredded chicken and enjoy.

Mushroom Barley Soup:

1 lg onion diced
1 10 oz box fresh mushrooms sliced
2 carrots sliced thin
2 stalks celery sliced
2 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup mushroom soup mix (I have used chicken or onion soup mix instead)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1 to 2 marrow bones or flanken, optional
8 cups water
½ c barley
Saute onions, mushrooms, carrots, and celery for 5 min. Add bones and remaining ingredients - may want to add extra cup of water. Bring to a boil, lower flame, and simmer covered for 1 hr.

Tortellini soup or Asian chicken soup are one-bowl meals. There are recipes for both in one or another Kosher By Design books.
