What type are you? Are you an optimist, always looking at the bright side and not thinking about what bad could happen?
Or are you the type that prefers to know about everything possible that could go wrong, and what you'd do if it happened, ch'v?

I realized I like to look at what could possibly go wrong. I like to be prepared for the worst- I hate it when bad things happen suddenly- I prefer to be forewarned that something bad could happen. And then I get soooo thrilled when none of the bad things happen. I'd rather be that way than expect the best and then be freaked out and unprepared if something less than ideal happens.

Which is your preference?
Does yiddishkeit/hashkafa promote one over the other, or is this just a personal preference?

I try to be optimistic... but I ALSO prepare for the worst, I tell myself "it won't happen but it COULD"...
