Shavuos is an auspicious time to strengthen ourselves in saying Chitas, the three daily shiurim which are "shaveh l'chol nefesh"equal for everyone.( A Jew is required to learn Torah daily, and each person must learn on the level suited to his individual understanding and needs . However there are those shiurim which apply equally to all, regardless of their stature or level.)

At every Shavuos farbrengen the Lubavitcher Rebbe would explain this connection, in which the three leaders of our nation are highlighted, Moshe Rabbeinu, Dovid Hamelech, and the Baal Shem Tov. On Shavuos we received the Torah - Moshe the shiurim of Chumnash, Dovid Hamelech's Yahrzeit is on Shavuos - Tehillim, and the Baal Shem Tov, who revealed the Pnimius HaTorah, Toras HaChassidus was Nistalek on the first day of Shavuos, corresponding to the shiurim of Tanya.

Shavuos ties it all together. Very Happy

The uniqueness of each one of these N'siim was that he was the first of the entire line of Nsiim . Moshe Rabbeinu was the first Nasi, Dovid was the first of Malchus Beis Dovid, and the Baal Shem Tov was the first of Nsiei HaChassidus.

Just because it mentions Chabad doesn't mean it has to be in the Chabad section. Confused
