Goodness, why does something like this need a poem? Just write "Purim Sameach from the ____ family" and leave it at that.
I don't get the whole fascination with poems. I happen to be good at writing them but I've never done it for Purim. My labels usually say "Happy Purim from the _____ family" but if they happen to be themed with the costumes I'll write "from the ______ monkeys" or whatever. When I get page-long poems (that are usually badly written) I just toss them.
I know you said you want short and sweet, but why does it need to be poetic? If you enjoy writing poems, kol hakavod, but apparently you don't. So skip it!

I just reread my response and want to apologize if it comes across as an attack. That's not my intent. I genuinely want to know what the obsession with poems is all about, especially if you're not doing a "cute" themed MM.
