Does anyone know if garlic knots freeze well?
I want to serve them Monday Lunch, but want them to taste fresh.

From my experience all breads freeze well. But I don't know garlic knots, can you post the recipe? Sounds like sth my dh would like.

I don't have a specific one...yet. I was just planning on using pizza dough or challah dough and sprinkling on crushed garlic, parsely, salt and oil.. I'm sure there's a thread on here with a recipe

freeze them before you pour on the garlic mixture. Will taste fresh!

I bake garlic knots after I dip them in the oil and garlic mixture. I always freeze them. If I can, I reheat them, when I serve them for Shalosh Seudos, I take them out early so they're room temperature. Either way they are delicious.
I think if you dip them right before you serve them, they'll be very oily.

I've frozen them and they taste fine. IMO all breads freeze well. Especially since you're only freezing it for a short time.
