My daughter asks for cereal and milk every morning but I would like to try to switch things up a little bit. Any quick and simple breakfast ideas are greatly appreciated.

I find cereal/milk easiest & quickest. maybe a slice of American cheese on rice cake or a fruit/fruit cup.

I'm so confused, what's wrong with cereal and milk? I still have cereal and milk and fruit every morning for breakfast. It's my favorite meal of the day! Why change it up if that's what she wants?

My DD loved buttered popcorn with nutritional yeast. When I thought a bit about it I figured why not? High fiber whole grain, a bit of fat and some amino acids. She was also required to have a piece of fruit with it.

Eggs (hard boiled, scrambled, soft boiled, sunny side up, etc.). Children love when you actually put the sunny side up egg inside of a slice of toast which is super easy and quick.

Toast and avocado or tehina.

Some people enjoy breakfast salads.

Bagel and cream cheese (can add vegetables or lox if you do that).

Oatmeal or farina or oatmeal mixed with farina.

Yogurt and granola/fruit.

Try to make the food look "cute." Use cucumbers to make a bagel have a smiley face, happy face pancakes, etc etc.
