When. Do you start brushing baby teeth? Do you use toothpaste right away? Just wondering. I forget what I did for the other kids. Too long ago!

As soon as they have teeth, though it's actually recommended to start with a gum brusher before they have teeth in order to establish healthy habits and get them used to it.
In any case, they sell very soft brushes or finger brushes with toddler toothpaste made without fluoride which the child can swallow special for this purpose.

As RA mom said, you start as soon as the first tooth comes in. I was told to wait until the child is a year to use toothpaste. In the meantime, you can use just a toothbrush and water.
