Seeking recommendations for a rav in Baltimore to speak to regarding chinuch issues. Would like someone knowledgeable about the local schools and chinuch in general, understanding of atypical children, and respectful of different hashkafos.

Would appreciate as much info as you can provide. TIA.

My husband thinks Dr. Weisbord, while certainly not a rav, is pretty close to daas torah with a good understanding of chinuch issues, schools, and hashkafic differences to give good guidance. I have no idea if that helps you, or you already went that route.
