Hello lovely ladies in imamother land...
Just wondering what experience you all have in freezing certain foods that I would like to make for Rosh Hashanah. I like to make the simanim as the main part of the meal. It looks like most of them I will have to make on the day, but has anyone had good results with freezing:
Tzimmes made with carrot, honey OJ and sultanas
A side made with spinach and beets
Simple roasted pumpkin
Was hoping to get those and dessert out of the way this week so there is less to do on Sunday - week they be ok?
I've just never tried freezing these shirts of foods before.
Please don't suggest making kugel BC unfortunately people who are coming don't really like it
TIA
