I want to try and make kreplach for the seudah today. I have cooked chicken taken from the chicken soup pot. How do I spice the chicken to make it flavorful...do I use raw egg, or no egg? fried onions? Suggestions, please. I bought frozen dough so I don't need any dough recipes, thanks.

I just mash the chicken with a fork, add a grated onion and some salt. (I'm sure sauteing the onions would give an even better flavor)
I boil and serve in my chicken soup. I don't find it needs a tremendous amount of flavor if in the soup. If serving on its own then it may need more.
The spice and spirit cookbook also has a "fancy" kreplach filling recipe if you are interested.
