All they have top do, is type the first letter of my Username. Instantly, the rest of the Username and password appears in dot form, and PRESTO, they're on!
Is there a solution?

nah not at all.
only on your computer
when you log the first time a box popped up asking you if you want the computer to remember the password and you probably chose yes
its a feature you can choose to use or not use, but I assure you none of us can log in as you, unless we have access to your computer

oh and I forgot to say if you want to get rid of it go to your options and clear auto forms
tools - internet options, under the general tab in the middle there is browsing history, click on delete and delete passwords
