Help I need to make chuck eye roast .... Can't seem to find a normal recipe .
Can I use a rib roast recipe ???
Anyone know how long to bake a 3 lb roast ??

Sauce:
Diced onion sauteed in a little oil
combine with:
3/4 C brown sugar
1 C tomato sauce
1 1/4 C water
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
I pour over roast and bake, covered, in 215 oven for like 10 hours or overnight. But to speed things up you can increase the heat and reduce the hours - like at 350 I'd probably do 3 hours or so....
