What can I do to make my cholent less gassy?! I already soak the beans over night. Any other tricks??

you don't actually need beans in cholent. (I know, heresy, right?)

well, I always add barley, and that will thicken it up. however, I don't always make cholent. I often make meat soup with meat, onions, carrots, garlic, spices. and water, of course. no one complains.
you can always experiment with other ingredients. eggs, prunes, apricots...
