Has anyone taken it recently?
How difficult was it?
I can barely speak Hebrew but I can understand it somewhat.

you need to know the language there is a passage to listen to in hebrew and then answer questions on. you also have a paragraph in hebrew to translate to english and vice versa in addition to an essay to write in hebrew

If you can barely speak it then it will be very difficult for you. I took it a few years ago but I remember having to write an essay in Hebrew.

I took it a few years ago. you have to write an essay, and answer basic reading comprehension questions based on reading paragraphs and listening to audio

I took it many years ago. You need to be reasonably proficient in reading, translating, listening to, and writing Hebrew. Doesn't sound like it's right for you.
