How much do you pay your cleaning lady per hour? Where do you live. How many hours a week do you have her.
I used to live in np cleaning ladies were 10 an hr. I moved to lakewood, they want 11 and 12. They keep going up. Is this a normal price?

I pay 11, but mine speaks no English. 12 is the going rate in Lakewood for english speaking ladies.

My aunt in Lkwd pays 13 and needs to provide transportation.

Brooklyn. $10 an hour. 12-14 hours a week. I always tip her though. Sometimes $5, somes $10, sometimes more.

I pay by the day, $95 a day, 2x a week
This is just me
When I hired her I told her that I don't care how long it takes her to clean 5hrs or 10hrs, it's up to her and how fast and good she cleans.
I just st need everything done.
Most of the time it takes her about 6hrs.
I still pay her the whole salary.
She also knows that if I need extra things that I can ask her up to 9hrs.
Usually YT, Pesach, etc.
Also, I tip her extra during extra work, since I'm happy.
She comes in, does what she needs, if I need extra things I leave her a list, I leave lunch for her to heat up in the microwave herself.

Now $5.64 an hour plus transportation which is $1.34. She comes three times a week 2-4 hours each, depending till she's done. She's been working for us for almost 10 years and she's very reliable b'h. She's also paid on the books. She usually asks for a raise twice a year. The dollar fluctuates here pretty often, but now it's been steady, but everything else went up in price. I live in South America.

I just started with one this year
I pay 50 shekel and hour plus 7 shekel for her bus trips
that is the going rate where I live.
I use her 3 hours a week

how did u work it out when she started? that sometimes youll need her for 9 hours?

Wish I knew where to find a cleaning lady - in my area it's only cleaning services where they want to send in a team and clean your whole house for $$$...
