My 11 year old son suffers from low self esteem, and therefore has issues socially as well. All this carries over at home and we really have a hard time disciplining him.
Who can we go to for help?
We live in Lakewood. Would Dr Tziporah Kozlowitz be a good choice?

Can he go to an extra curricular activity where he would shine and/or have lots of fun? I'm generally not used to EAs (other culture) but here it sounds like he would benefit.

What is he good at? Maybe instead of taking him to therapy spend the $$$ on him developing a talent that he is good at, and makes him feel special.
