Anyone here a foodie and really know how to cook? I'd love to learn without going to culinary school since it's my passion. Where can I learn better techniques? Online?
thanks!

Yea go online to Youtube and watch Julia and Jacques. Sure they're going to cook some treif, but you will learn an incredible amount about method and technique that's a place to find it. And certainly watch any of Julias own series. Often time she would make a mistake and show you how to correct it. I also suggest her cookbook Julia Child and More Company. A good illustrated walk through on a number of dinners with method and technique clearly explained. And as far as watching Ms. Julia cook treif, you can always substitute a beef tenderloin for one of pork, or chicken thighs for rabbit.

Lol.
Jamie knows very little about real cooking. Definitely not what the OP seems to be looking for.

Thanks for the Julia Child suggestions. She's amazing and so is Jacque. I can't find the cookbook you suggested on Amazon. Any other ones from her are worth it?
thanks!
