Oh thanks for that info.. its next week not this week IYH. is it better we come earlier than 2 I know some stores start closing down before their closing time. Also, are you open Sat night ?
We are really looking forward.. curious how big their Shabbos crowd is in the summer?

Our kitchen closes at two and we need to clean up and drive home an hour before shabbat so it's a hard rule. If you won't b her til after two I can leave food in the shul.
I know this week Shabbat is sold out or close to it. Not sure about next week. I am not open sat night but the rabbi buys pizza from me and sells it. That said, there's separate swimming on motzash and the seudah shlishit shlishit is beautiful so not sure you'll even be hungry.

we are thinking of coming next week imyH!
trying to decide between the Sherraton on the Falls - bi-level room and the Four Points - adjoining rooms with no view.
Is the location very different between the two?
What do you recommend?

We were there this week and stayed in Four points by sheraton. We had a fallsview room and were able to see the canadian falls. If you're booking with points, you can call spg and ask for a fallsview room, it's only 5,500 points.

Sheraton four points
Hilton
Embassy suites
Is how I rank closest, most convenient and they are all nice hotels. Hilton and Sheraton 4 pots are connected by walkway to the casino including the casino parking, which is a great deal. If you stay st by the falls, you are far from minyan, restaurants and the falls, comparatively.
Close to Clifton hill and Hershey's.

anyone know if there are parts where you could hit rush hour, that we should plan accordingly?
how about wait time at the border, any better or worse times?
Where could we stop on the way for a minyan?

You can barbeque in kingsbridge park. All the way down the parkway past the falls.
