My baby keeps draging his blanket outside and now has a very dirty oshi blanket. what detergent or soaking agent will take out the dirt and brighten it up

Dawn dish soap and lots of scrubbing will take out dirt.

what's the use of OP using her strength to scrub her baby's blanket if he's gonna drag it outside again right after washing it?
I would just use a good detergent and perfumed softener and throw it into the washing machine.

Not sure what type of material Oshi is, but did you try oxiclean powder? Colors may run if you use warm water, learned the hard way a few years ago with a shirt of my then toddler...
