Your gut feeling is telling you that your HK is stealing those things -

did anything happen in the past with your HK (or you, or your family, had something unpleasant with s/o else'd HK) that your gut feeling is telling you this now?

usually, gut feeling is based on something. it is not just a passing thought. it's a niggly feeling getting lodged deep inside you, the more u think of it.

also, perhaps s/o else in your family is taking tissue, wipes, with them to work, or to school, or wherever, p'haps b/c there not enough of it there (at work, school e.t.c?
it happens in my home. I keep a pack of tissues in my bag.
my dh if he goes away for Shabbos with friends takes tissues, disposable goods, and other things. Every friend has to bring something. He doesn't tell me before he takes - I just notice
the things r missing.
my dd's s/times take to school b/c the school don't provide enough.

But, I also don't have a housekeeper Wink

The only way you will really know is to gather data.

Over the course of a week or so, keep track of how much you have in inventory, and how much you consume. Keep tallies every day before and after she works in your home.

If everything seems kosher, then you should assume you were imagining things.

OTOH, if you find the numbers are significantly off, then you need to think what to do next.
