My 2.5 year old bob shaitel that cost over $1500, the multi directional part literally just split open. Im at a loss because I bought from a "luxury brand"- during a sale and it was tagged originally over $2500 so I dont think after a few years it should become so brittle that it literally splits open. I haven't contacted them yet..crowdsourcing to see how I should go about handling this one. TIA

Definitely bring it to them to repair. A good place will fix it at no cost if it's their piece.
