I'm on a new diet and I would really like to find fat free stuff.
I found cottage cheese and cream cheese. But what abt yogurts and skim mozzarella and parmesan, string cheese, american cheese?

I'm sorry I'm in Chicago and I only have one or 2 places to look. The selection isn't so great so if you could tell me a brand or something then I could order a case of it.

I have never seen fat free cholov yisroel, and generally kosher stuff is much fatter than non kosher lol

There is plenty Fat free cholov yisroel in Brooklyn New York.
Fat free milk, cheeses, yogurts.....endless amount of items actually Ruchel!

I'm gonna keep my eyes out for you Rivkie for the brand names.

Haolam makes low-fat part skim mozzarella.

I get low fat sliced cheese and shredded cheese, I think the brand is Ko-sure.

Slim-U makes very low-fat yogurts and cottage cheese, and Ahava also has low fat cottage cheese.

no fat free regular cheese, though - only cottage cheese, yogurts.
you can find low fat, though.

tnuva makes a 95% fat free feta cheese.

but aside from the yogurt, cream cheese, and cottage cheese, I have never seen a completely fat free CY cheese.

some times the taste difference bet. low fat and fat free is amazing. that it's worth it to have a little fat.

Has anyone found cholov yisroel fat free mozzarella cheese yet? or any type of cheese besides for cottage cheese and cream cheese?

It's all about portion control.
You can have regular motzarella or pizza cheese in your grilled cheese sandwich maker sandwich as long as you weigh the cheese and eat one serving size. For example, if you buy a food scale and weight 1 oz or 1/2 oz of cheese and count what you are eating, YOU WILL Lose Weight. I know there is low fat string cheese, maybe Haolam. It's all about keeping track of what you put into your mouth, Planning ahead, eating fruits and vegetables, having a food diary, staying away from sugar, eating 3 healthy meals a day, drinking lots or water, and sticking to exercise..........There are tons of choices in chalav yisroel although it may be hard to find. You can find something. Just figure out how to use it.
Try the normans greek yogurt! They are amazing and no fat!
