Do a walk through the first time she is at your house. Show her where you keep everything and what you would like her to accomplish during her time at your house. Show her how you would like the tasks performed and which products you would like used in which areas of the house. Would u like her to dry and put away dishes or only wash? SHould she fold laundry and put it back where it belongs or just leave it in piles for you to sort and put away? Do you expect her to move furniture when cleaning or do that once a month? Ask her if she prefers different products than the ones you own and if she would like you to puchase them for her.
Tip often or offer her lunch/snacks/drinks. Respect her. She is a person too and deserves to be complimented and shown respect.
As she works for you, you may find that you would prefer that she focus on different jobs/do other jobs less thoroughly and get in an extra task. Be open. Let her know. But always remember to compliment.
Be clear, keep an open line of communication and a positive relationship

You can bend when using a mop and I use a vacuum for corners
