Does anyone know if a mother and her kids can get government benefits (WIC, housing assistance, HEAP or equivalent, Medicaid, etc.) if she's a full-time student? Want to get another degree to better our situation and the only way I can afford it is if I have that help. I already have a useless B.A. so most traditional financial aid is out of my reach. (This would be a second, way more useful Bachelor's). The program I want to attend is in Pennsylvania and we would be residents for less than a year before it starts if we go. I've tried calling the local office there and never get a person.
