Not sure which forum to put this in, I know honey is still sugar and not "healthy" per se, but that aside....
I like cooking with raw honey. However, I tend to find that it's more difficult to blend than sugar - it tends to clump and requires more "mixing" to dissolve. Any tips?
(I often also use to substitute sugar in things that aren't being cooked, even like a dressing, so I'm looking for general tips).

Hot water. Mix until it is completely liquefied. It will then more easily mix into whatever you're making with it.
