Last year’s purim feast
I know it’s evil, but I emailed these 2 pics to my dh while he was at work and fasting on Taanis Esther… to make him excited for the food to come…

This is made with pizza dough, filled with feta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and olives. Slice and bake – freezes beautifully.
