We received our stimulus check on chol hamoed. I out aside to cash after yom tov. Someone wrote on the envelope and then ripped it up with the large check inside. Is there anyone I can speak to about issuing a new one?

I would take the pieces into my bank and ask them. They should be able to advise you.

My in-laws never got theirs and called and they’re sending them a new one
Call this number and tell them and they’ll send u a new one:
Call the IRS at 800-919-9835; or. Mail or fax a completed Form 3911 to the IRS.

I never got it and am supposed to get it via Direct Deposit - will calling this number help me out too?

I ripped a different check once (it was folded and I ripped it with the letter opener when opening the envelope). I just carefully set the pieces together on the table and used the mobile deposit on my phone. The deposit worked fine.
