Is it possible you have ADHD? Worth looking into. Good luck!

Leave yourself double the time you think a task would take.

It's also me. I've worked really hard and have come a long way. I get a lot more things done now than I ever have. I think being a wife and parent forced me to become more time efficient.
Do you have or suspect you have adhd?

I have many people in my life that have difficulties with time management (adhd runs in the family). But the one piece of advice that seems to help is to never ever multitask. Concentrate on one task at a time and time yourself so you will know next time how much time to prepare. Always look at the clock ( I put clocks everywhere in my house even (or especially!) in the bathroom. Be realistic, everything takes time. Even going from the door to the car parked in the driveway and turning it on takes a few minutes so add that to your driving time etc. Hope that helps

Can someone help you?
Someone in my family is like this and I happen to have great time management skills so it's a good team!
Do one task at a time, make a schedule for yourself and don't try to rush through things.
Turn off your phone when you are doing something, stay away from it, and 1000 reminders don't help anyway.
Have realistic expectations about how long it takes for you to do a task and don't overwhelm yourself.
