Can anyone recommend a really good dermatologist in Balt?

I'm looking for the more "fancy shmancy type," the glitzy types I could find on Madison ave. in NYC, that sell their own products, push procedures, etc. Not the old fashioned type in a dinky office who will say "wash your face more and your blackheads will clear up," if u know what I mean! any suggestions?
