Anyone have any really yummy salads without the chicken that even your kids love? We have one salad like this but we need a change

What I do for a salad that everyone loves is just cut up vegetables in sticks- I do peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes, but do whatever your kids like at least some of, and I make a dip and everyone tajes whichever veggies they like and dip them in. I let my kids choose the dip. The choices I give them are thousand island (ketchup mayo), honey mustard (honey mustard mayo lemon) or sometimes french (longer recipe- google)

I make an Israeli salad with colored peppers and cucumbers. Spiced with olive oil, salt and a frozen cube of garlic. That works for everyone.
