She is 13. She told me she is a pathological liar. Admitted it because she thought she would be found out by us soon because one of the lies might reach a family friend who then would tell us. She says she can’t help it. So many lies she has told everyone of her friends at school. She is no longer friends with any of her neighborhood friends. Now I know why. Aside from therapy, I don’t know how a 13 yr old recovers from this. She will be a total outcast.

So get her to therapy ASAP and hopefully she will be able to make new friends as she recovers from this pathology.
