Divorced single mom so no divorce stigma needed. My kids should feel comfortable and accepted.
Warm welcoming nice community where people are there for one another because I don’t have family and I need good friends and neighbors
At least somewhat affordable housing
Nice area trees grass etc.
Preferably NY or NJ
