My child was evaluated by a developmental pediatricians given a diagnosis.
Our last meeting to formally review the diagnosis was on zoom with the whole team. They advised all sorts of resources that could help us, etc, but after the meeting when it came down to it I haven't heard anything. I tried calling and reaching out a few times, emailed, left a voice message. I just want to know of the specific resources they mentioned so I can access them.
What is the process usually once a diagnosis is given?
Is there any follow up?
Thanks!

Usually, they can provide a written list of resources. Ask at the office if there is a secretary or other such person who does this.
