I'm hoping someone here can help me. I am not active on social media at all.
I'm currently taking a course, and there is a great Facebook support group, which I was advised to join. I did so through the link , and was on fb for maybe two or three days, when my account was shut down.
When I tried to reinstate my account, and I ask for a text message for verification I don't receive the message they supposedly sent me. This happens countless times.
Can anyone help me??

That's frustrating. Sounds like maybe there's a mistake in your phone number?
Could you start a new account and re-join the group from your new account?

That's what I tried to do, but I'm not getting the verification code via text message, so I can't open a new account.
