I don’t think gluten allergy usually comes with issues breathing.
Question is if this pizza was from a new place and there was something else in it that he’s allergic to?
It would surprise me to hear he never had an allergy to dairy and suddenly couldn’t breath when eating?

Does this child have any history of any type of allergies? Even seasonal? Frequent ear infections, eczema, sinus issues?
Is there a family history of allergies?
Has this child had any other unusual symptoms in the last few months?
