Was home for whole Pesach and had company for the seder.

For Shabbos lunch - leftovers and added gefilte fish, shnitzel and rice pilaf as requested.
Invited out for dinner. Oh yeah, baby !!

I prepared some things for this Shabbos before Pesach so I wouldn't have to do them now (chicken soup, chicken for tonight, dips...) I already have enough fish left from second days.
So this morning, I put up a Challah dough. I had frozen chopped apples, I made crumbs for Apple crumble. I cleaned a pack of mushrooms and prepared them (spice/oil drizzle) for portabella salad. I made some salad dressings (for the mushroom salad, and a honey/mustard for the deli salad).
I'm gonna make potato kugel a little later, and a roasted eggplant. DD will make chulent.
Maybe I'll make matza balls (they are all gone). Or DD might.
Other DD might bake a cake (otherwise we will have Pesach cake).

To be honest the laundry is a much bigger deal right now than the cooking!
