Any ideas of good supplements or natural foods that contain fiber ? I’m early on in my journey of healthy eating and have alot of weight to lose so any Chizuk and tips would be so helpful

I add chia seeds and ground flax seeds to my oatmeal in the morning or to some applesauce if I’m having cereal. We made a lot of split pea/red lentil soup this past winter. I try to make peas and slice of produce to have for lunch each day.

We find that kale makes a huge difference. I love it in salad but you can eat it in many ways including baked

Chia seeds but not too much as it can give you tummy aches.

Hi.. try adding salad to every meal, if you can’t, drink plenty of water during the meal.. this will keep you fuller and keep your healthy gut in tact.. our doctor advised this and it’s helped BhBh..

Make sure to drink more than usual as you add fiber because you can become, paradoxically, constipated.

Fiber One cereal. Wheat germ and hemp and flax sprinkled onto yogurt or salad or soup.
