We’re in the midst of construction, looking to get affordable solid wood pre-hung doors for all the rooms, and some doors for closets as well.

Where is a good place in Brooklyn to buy them?

Midwood lumber. And from experience I recommend not the solid wood ones unless you go very expensive. The most expensive composite ones are much better than affordable wood ones.
