If you soak his hand in warm soapy water, it may come out on its own if it isn’t too deep

I just recently heard about magnesium sulfate. It only works for wooden splinters. It draws it out.
I haven't yet tried it but I heard about it from someone that used it.

Sterilize a safefy pin over fire. Use the needle to open up the skin gently then use a sterile tweezer to remove the splinter.

Sometimes a bentonite clay poultice can draw it out

Thanks. Sounds like a too idea. Put some on and then covered with a bandaid. Hope it'll be easy to remove in the morning

Thanks! I tried that overnight but it didn't help. In the end I made paste of baking soda & water, then I put a bandaid on top and bh was very easy to remove afterwards
