I am making a Simcha and I have a hostess / itinerary box for all.
The guests will be placed in homes that are empty but have all the basics soap, shampoo etc. but in regards to extras what do I need to provide
I’ll set up tea lights , matches etc.
Like sheitel heads I can’t supply for 50 people lol or Shabbas morning incase they want to eat earlier I can prepare grape juice cake and milk etc.
All the meals will be at the hall.
What else did I miss.

Map of the area, including any local parks.
Itinerary
Packet of tissues
Bottle of water (and cups)
You can add extras like chocolate or snacks, but I'd consider that the basics.

First, mazel tov, and all this stuff is nonsense!
But here's what I put in-
A detailed schedule.
A map of the area, with the route to shul/hall highlighted for each guest.
A rain poncho, if the weather might get bad.
A list of local attractions, if people are coming from out of town. (I emailed these to guests in advance also. The list included the phone number and address of the nearby mikvah, in case anyone needed to make arrangements.) This way if your guests want to do things before or after shabbos, they can make their own plans.
If you put in food, make sure it's nothing that makes crumbs. The hosts may not want anyone eating in the bedrooms, so at least don't make a mess.

Set up coffee and cake in the hall for those who want breakfast.
I direct guests that candlelighting is in the hall - especially if those are empty houses. You don't want them leaving lit candles when they leave for the meal.
