There is no cheap route. Travelling on vacation to Switzerland is costly.
There are either hotels or apartments that you rent privately. Obviously renting an apartment is cheaper than being at a hotel.
If you are going to one of the popular areas, then you can buy some kosher items including bread, milk (takeout for shabbos)
In Davos the non Jewish supermarket stocks a range of kosher food, nush, including frozen chicken etc from Zurich Kashrus. However, it is terribly exorbitant.
Majority of people bring with their own food.

If you are going to see the alps, I would instead suggest going to the Italian alps. It is much much cheaper and easier to navigate. We flew into Milan and drove 2 hours west to this town Aosta and stayed in a beautiful Airbnb there in the mountains. Before driving out we picked up three nights of dinners from restaurants in Milan, and supplemented with protein bars, and tuna and bread for during the day. Double covered the dinners in tins in the Airbnb oven at night after a hike. We drove to a beautiful ski town Chamonix for a day trip and other nearby towns. It was absolutely lovely for four days.

The French Alps, also very beautiful, works out considerably cheaper than Switzerland. The popular destinations have bread, milk and challohs, minyan etc.

There are kosher hotels in Switzerland, although they are pricey.
We're going to Maloja Palace run by Galitzky.

I've stayed in the kosher hotel in Arosa and highly recommend it. We had a beautiful time. (We have also stayed in another popular program which I will not recommend)

Austria next door to Switzerland would be a superior option .
Areas like Tyrol or Salzburg in the alps are mesmerizing beautiful.
Lots of kosher option like Kosher Tirol has been distributing basic kosher products with the best kashrus in the Tirol & Salzburg region, like Serfaus, Fiss, Flachau and other villages.
Many areas with minyanim and a number of kosher hotels.
You get more for your money in Austria then in Switzerland with the same views. Our family from NY went to St Anton in Tyrol last year .
It was a absolutely stunning and amazing vacation.
There's a kosher hotel there as well , but we rented apartments.
We have done this in Switzerland as well , but we got much more in Austria for the same money and it was nicer.
We made Trips to Italy and Germany from there.
The train system is superb there.
I would highly recommend it.

Closest airport is Zurich.
From there you take the train to St Anton 2h22min.
Train tickets booked online on eurorail are very inexpensive. Raileurope.com
Transportation in Austria extremely efficient and easy to maneuver.
Oebb.at
Apartments we booked via booking.com
There are many other booking sites.

As I mentioned earlier, there is minyan as there is a kosher hotel there called Raffl's hotel Arlbergstraße 69, 6580 St. Anton am Arlberg, Austria.
Public transportation in Austria generally is extremely efficient to go anywhere including trips to other countries.
BtW there are many numerous other kosher options around Austria.
You need to Google them.
