Question says it all. I'm considering to buy one and wondering if it's worth it.

When I lived in an apartment I made meats and burgers on it. Once I moved to a house with a grill off my kitchen I stopped using it

I use it as an alternative to frying, it is much healthier.

Ok, so basically a replacement to using my oven, which I'm perfectly happy with, so not much benefit. Thanks, everyone.

I use it a ton! I put a parchment paper and a little oil and I put breaded cutlets on it and meat patties. Benefit is that the house doesnt smell like when you fry.

Haven't used mine in years! Used to use it for grilled bone in chicken, chicken patties, healthier potato latkes, grilled chicken cutlets.
Honestly I haven't seen a need for it since I have the pizza maker. Pizza maker gives you juicier results as it's not on a slant and the liquids don't run off.

Correct.
Steak and burgers lose their moisture in there.
I have a mini that I bring on vacation and that is very very useful. Year round not so much.

How long does it take for the boneless chicken thighs? What do you put on it?

I'd recommend a grill pan over the george Forman. It dries out the food and grill pan keeps it moist

For boneless takes about 10 minutes total?
Just season them to your taste, and grill, then turn over for the last few minutes.
Bone-in about 15 minutes? Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. (not attached to drumstick, thigh by itself, otherwise it burns on the outside and doesn't cook through). Dip into mixture of lemon, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper; grill, then flip over halfway through.
