Do they exist in the US?
I used to buy them in Israel.
(I'm asking about suppositories specifically! I know about the slow release pills you can buy in the US.)

Yes, sure. Most pharmacies in NY/NJ carry them.

I just took Excedrin migraine which has caffeine plus Tylenol plus advil and it helped immensely

I don’t understand why someone would use a suppository as opposed to the slow release pills you take before the fast. I’d love to understand.

Because you have far better control over when the caffeine kicks in.

The toronto kollel pills is it still release which starts 12 hours after you take it. It kicks in gently and you don’t even feel it. It just does it’s job.

And outside of NY/NJ?
I haven't been able to find them in a pharmacy and I've looked. Is it an over the counter brand? A prescription?

Because there aren't yet FDA approved slow release pills and I'd rather use something that is, if it exists.

right so some people complain they wake up extra early on account of this pill.

This. We use the suppository at the time we usually drink coffee, so more control lol. We also joke about the iced coffee...
