What is the going rate is to pay someone to say kaddish for someone who has no one to do it for them? Please include your area, since I imagine it varies by region.
I'm not talking about hiring someone who needs it for parnassah, just a local person who would do it as a chesed.

To hire someone specific to say Kaddish for just ONE person it is actually a few thousand dollars (which is about $1 a tefillah…)
If you hire someone through an organization is it $180, but that person is likely saying it for many (50+) other people too…
(This pricing is based on Brooklyn numbers)
