When I lived in RE we lived on a 3rd floor (actually 3.5) and we paid $680 for a 2 bedroom. When we left a year ago it went up to $1000!!!! Steep increase, huh?

Wow. That;s what astounds me. Things are so crazy priced but they go like hotcakes! As I mentioned our place that we rented, after we left went up to $1000 and the 1st person who saw it took it. Granted, we live out of Y-m but not so far out. This place mentioned was 1 bedroom for 3300 + 320 vaad bayit. We now pay a good deal less than even the 3300 and that is for 3 nice sized bedrooms. 6 bedroom houses here go for less than my 2 bedroom apartment in ramat eshkol would have gone for.
