My DC are allergic to tomatoes. Does anyone have a yummy stuffed cabbage recipe that doesn't include them?

I made it in a butternut/sweet potato soup type sauce (savory with garlic and salt).
I made two pans. One dropped into sweet tomato sauce, and one in the orange sauce.

That is completely brilliant and the kids involved LOVE LOVE LOVE butternut squash soup. THANK YOU! BTW I make.my butternut squash soup with roasted garlic. Try it!

you can use broth or a red pepper sauce instead of tomato.

Thank you but they cant have pepper either and I am afraid broth won't stick to the rolls.
